These terms govern access to and use of Kutumbam, including free and paid family spaces.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using Kutumbam, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement. A parent or guardian must supervise a child’s use.

2. Accounts and private families

You are responsible for your sign-in details and activity. Family owners decide who may join their private family space. Members must not share invitations or private information with unauthorised people.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of family data, photos, videos, contacts, messages, recipes, and events you add. You give Kutumbam only the limited permission needed to securely store, process, and display that content to authorised family members.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
Do not access another family’s private space without permission.
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorised access.
Obtain consent before adding another person’s private contact details or media.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Kutumbam Premium costs ₹399 per family per year unless a different price is clearly shown before payment. Paid access starts after successful payment verification. Subscriptions, cancellations, and eligible refunds are also governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Kutumbam available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary and will give notice of material changes where practical.

7. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or end access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, fraud, or unlawful use. You may stop using Kutumbam and request deletion of your account and eligible family data.

8. Responsibility and liability

Kutumbam is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for content and actions of family members. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing law and contact
