Kutumbam Child Safety Standards

Kutumbam (developer: Kutumbam) is a private family app. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Zero tolerance

Any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children is strictly prohibited on Kutumbam. This includes CSAM, grooming, sexualised images or messages involving minors, and any attempt to contact a child for sexual purposes.

How to report

In the app: tap Report on any chat message, photo or video in Memories, or member profile, and choose Child safety concern.
By email: write to justmallikarjuna@gmail.com with details of what you saw.
You can also block a member from their profile so you no longer see their messages or posts.

What we do

Every report is reviewed promptly, with child safety reports given top priority.
Violating content is removed promptly.
Accounts responsible for CSAE or CSAM are permanently banned.
CSAM is reported to the relevant authorities in India, including the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in), as required by law.
We cooperate with law enforcement requests in line with applicable law.
